Q: How can I place my order?

  Just provide your Name, Phone Number, and Delivery Address, and one of our Customer Care Representatives will confirm your order.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

A: If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.

Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: We offer the following payment options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank Transfer

You can choose your preferred option during checkout.

Q: Can I try a fragrance before buying?

A: Yes! Every order includes 1 complimentary tester of your choice.
We also offer 2 curated Tester Sets so you can explore new scents from the comfort of your home.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?

A: Discounts are not applicable on your first order. However, you will receive a discount code with your first delivery that you can use on future purchases.

Q: Do you deliver outside of Pakistan?

A: Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan.

Q: What are your delivery charges?
